Notes

The S grade was introduced in 2000 and the E grade was introduced in 2005.

Lower case letters indicate that a member has passed the exam and received free membership until the end of that year.

Originally the E grade was to be for a maximum of 2 years but now it is, like the other grades, indefinite. Candidates who pass the E grade exam are now only given a membership number once they have paid the membership fee for the year following their exam.

Also note that the list only contains seven regions because the EPA only had seven regions at the time the list was compiled.
