If the password screen does not appear when you click on of the password protected pages then please try one or all of the following:

1) Press the <ctrl> key and while keeping it pressed click on the page with
     the left mouse button.

2) Go to Tools in Internet Explorer and select Internet Options.
     Then select the Security tab and click on Custom Level.
     Scroll to the bottom and enable scripting.

3) Go to Tools in Internet Explorer and select Internet Options. 
     Then select the Advanced tab and select
          Allow software to run or install even if the signature is inv.
          Enable Integrated Windows Authentication

4)  Enable pop-ups from the menu bar (if this option is available).
